Since my work schedule leaves no time to leave my truck at the dealership all day, Mark worked it out that I could bring it in at the end of my workday and wait for the repairs to be completed. I purchased a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu. It is a great looking car, fuel efficient, and drives as nice as it looks. The service at Bill Estes Chevrolet was great. Managers often checked to ensure I was receiving quality service. Wayne Rogers (my sales person) was outstanding! He was very attentive to what I wanted in a car and made sure my monthly payment was where I needed them to be. I purchased a 2012 Chevy Captiva. I worked with David Lewis. We worked together earlier in the year on a Saturn Vue and it did not work out. The Captive as you know is Chevy's version of the Vue. My 2010 Malibu wouldn't start. I called Bill Estes and talked to Nelson. He gave me the number to call Road America, my account number and set up a service appointment for the next day. This gave me free towing service. The battery replacement was not under warranty. My Malibu was picked up around 11AM and I got several calls from Nelson and by apprximately 5:15pm he called to say my car was ready for pick up. My son-in law dropped me off about 6:40pm and Ron had my car brought in while I payed for the battery. Kandice pulled my account and processed the paperwork. I phoned the dealership on Monday morning, 5/6 and Jon took my call in the Service Department. My car - 2012 Chevy Equinox - had been vandalized over the weekend (Saturday night)with both front and rear windows smashed, rear light cover broken and scrapes in the rear bumper - not to mention, inside the car was covered in glass. I brought the car in for service/ repairs. Undoubtedly, I was emotional and tearful, however Jon promised me that he would take care of everything and for me, not to worry. He facilitated the insurance paperwork in addition to the car rental, while I waited in the lounge. My insurance had recommended Enterprise for a car rental; no car was available w/ Enterprise on Monday morning. Jon had the insurance company approve a loaner car from the dealership. He put me in a 2013 Chevy Malibu until my car was ready for pick up. He kept me informed on the status of the car during the week. My car was ready for pick up on Thursday evening and honestly, it looked better than the day that I bought it. In addition to the necessary repairs, I had an oil change, paint refinished over the bumper scrapes/ scratches, the car was detailed inside and out. It was better than new! I am truly grateful to Jon and to all of the associates at Bill Estes Chevrolet for their care and attention to detail and above all, to the kindness and generosity that was given to me, personally.
