Clean facilities, easy access and well marked for service, no pressure sales, friendly people, large inventory to select from. The finance department worked hard to get us the deal we wanted and the budget. Overall experience will make us a costomer for life.

This is a great dealership. I was first drawn to Bill Estes' dealership because of the service operations. For year's we've brought our cars here and always had a great experience. My latest experience with the sales side of the shop was equally professional. I went to several dealerships around town in the span of a few weeks looking for a new car so I got a good feel for how everyone operated. The people I dealt with at Bill Estes differentiated themselves in a number of ways. 1) They knew their product. You would be amazed how many salespeople just don't know the cars they sell. 2) They were responsive. You'll be greeted within seconds of entering any dealer, but what happens after that varies. At Estes I saw more vehicles and got more information even though I spent less time there. 3) They were transparent. It seemed at other dealers there were subtle surprises at each step of the process. No surprises at Estes. I highly recommend this dealer.

I have been to Bill Estes several times and every time I have been treated well from the salespeople to the service department.
My husband recently purchased a high end car from the dealership and we were treated very well. We went back to purchase a car for our son due to the excellent service we had received previously. On both occasions, we dealt with Mr. Armundo Parchman and each time he was gracious, prompt and willing to work with work us. I was pleasantly surprised that we received the same service whether we were buying a new or used car.
Additionally, the dealership fixed exactly what they said they would on the used car.

From the time my wife and I entered the establishment, we were catered to. Jeff walked the entire lot with us and explained what would be the best route to go in our current situation.
Since we needed to either refinance our Smart Lease or make a new purchase, Jeff explained how it would be more beneficial to make the purchase rather than pay 5-6 more years on a vehicle that we've had for 4 years already.
When it was time for running the credit for financing, Kent broke down all possible scenarios for payments and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. Before we'd made it to the dealership that morning, my wife was not feeling good about how the outcome would be but we both left with a smile.
Overall, our experience at Bill Estes Chevrolet was wonderful. Everyone involved with our purchase was a tremendous help and we received outstanding service!
