Dear Chuck,


I wanted to tell you of the wonderful experience I have yesterday buying a car
for the first time in 13 years.From talking to Pam on the phone initially to Dustin
patiently,kindly and with great knowledge for his years letting me drive many cars,the delightful finance gentleman
who's name I forgot and finally Ali the tech wizard who helped me with the bluetooth,
my experience was great.
I don't think I wouldn't have picked the perfect car that I did if I didn't feel Dustin
genuinely wanted to help me find it on your used lot.It was freezing and windy as I 'm
sure you know and not typically a good day for buying a car.I traded in my 1996 Land Rover
with many years of trusty service and horse chew marks on the bonnet for a beautiful 2009 Mercury Milan Premium edition which will stay far away from the barn, rest assured.


They all got me out of there in time to teach my yoga class at 6 as well.


I can assure you I am not related to anyone mentioned.I was in retail management for many years
and it is rare to have everyone so helpful at the same time and that when someone does a wonderful job its nice to bring it to management's attention.You have a great team and must provide a wonderful place for everyone to do there jobs so well.
